RETURN POLICY

It is very important that you physically measure your dog prior to ordering to ensure a correct fit. If you need help measuring your dog correctly, please click here for a guide to assist you.
For sanitary reasons, only belly bands that are UNUSED and UNWASHED may be returned. The returned bands must be postmarked within 7 days from the date you received them. All bands must be returned in the same condition that you received them.
You have the following choices for credit:
· We can credit your Credit Card or Paypal account (must be the same way you paid) · Or we can issue you a store credit in the form of a coupon code which is good on any of our store items, but cannot be used on sales tax or shipping & handling. If you do not use your entire store credit in one purchase, the balance of your store credit can be used on a later purchase or notify us to credit the balance to your credit card or Paypal account.
You will be credited for all returned belly bands minus a $2.95 fee (for up to 4 bands, and 50¢ for each additional band) to cover our handling and processing fees. Please note, shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
To return your belly bands:
1. Contact us requesting a Return Authorization number. In your email, please include your original order number, the date you ordered, and the reason for the return. 2. We will respond with your RA# and the address to send your bands to. We recommend sending the bands back via 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. 3. Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to go through once we receive the returned bands.
**ALL RETURNED ORDERS THAT DO NOT HAVE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 10% RESTOCKING FEE AND THE ABOVE STATED HANDLING & PROCESSING FEES. **
Body bands, crate mats, pillow beds and neckerchiefs are not returnable as they are all completely custom made to order.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned unused sanitary pads. |
