Frequently Asked Questions
Q - Do you ship Internationally? A - We’re sorry, but at this time we only ship to U.S. addresses.
Q - What payment methods do you accept? A - We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Checks and Money orders. You can pay with your credit card through our secure server or you can phone in your credit card information. If you would like to mail a check or money order, just choose the “print and call” option at checkout and you will be given our mailing address to send your payment to.
Q - How long does it take to ship our orders? A - We typically ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, however on larger orders we ask that you give us a couple extra days. If we need more time to fill your order we will notify you upfront.
Q - What shipping method do you use? A - We ship most orders by USPS 1st Class Mail. For orders over 13 oz. we usually ship Priority Mail. Orders shipped 1st Class Mail typically take 3-5 business days and Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days. However, we have no control over how long the USPS takes to deliver your package.
Q - How do we know when our order has shipped? A - We email you as soon as your package has shipped and also supply you with a delivery confirmation tracking number so you have some idea when you can expect your package. If you registered while placing your order, you can also log in and see the status of your order at any time.
Q - I have just paid with my credit card, why does my order still state “amount due”? A - Our credit card system does not finalize your credit card payment until we manually capture the funds on our end. As soon as we review your order and capture the funds on our end, your invoice will show as paid. This is usually done within 10 minutes during business hours but may take longer in some instances. |
